100 and Still Going Strong! Daniel Dube, a founder of Park Surgical Co, Inc. (our long-time supporter in many ways), turned 100 and is still going strong!!  How does he do it?  (He confided in us that it is daily cod liver oil.)  Happy Birthday Uncle Dan and enjoy those chocolates - it should make the cod liver oil go down easier!!

REGISTRATION IS NOW ON-LINE ONLY!  ALL REGISTRATION FOR ANY OF OUR PROGRAMS WILL NOW TAKE PLACE THROUGH OUR NEW ONLINE SYSTEM

Based on the responses we’ve received over the summer, we believe you’ll find our new online registration system easy to use, convenient, and secure.   No more filling out forms, addressing envelopes, and licking stamps every registration cycle, just enter parent and player information once and never have to enter it again unless you want to make changes.  No more wondering whether the Post Office delivered your child’s registration or not; now you’ll receive a receipt by email as soon as registration is complete.

Since games later on a given day may not be cancelled, call until you determine the definite status of your particular game.  The general rule is to go to the field unless the your game is specifically called off or your coach is told so by his/her division director.  When in doubt, show up at the field.

Basketball Cancellation Information.  Since the custodians shovel the schools at all times, unless there is a message on this website, assume that basketball games will be played.

Frequently Asked Questions

WHENEVER YOU ARE CONTACTING US, PLEASE MENTION YOUR CHILD'S NAME AND AGE OR DIVISION - WE HAVE MANY PARENTS WITH LAST NAMES THAT ARE DIFFERENT THAT THEIR KIDS, MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR US TO RESPOND APPROPRIATELY.

VOLUNTEERS: We are in need of volunteers and potential board members to help administer our programs.  Whatever time you can give will be appreciated.  Contact us as volunteer@78youthsports.org
NOT GETTING EMAILS FROM US?  We rely heavily on email to communicate with our families.  We periodically send emails to entire age groups alerting you to special events and the like.  In the process, we receive back a fair number of messages indicating that they are not deliverable.  If you have not received ANY email from 78th Precinct in the past few months from email address contactus@78youthsports.org , please send us a message to that address including your child’s name and division (if you don't know it, then age, and related sport) to make sure we have your correct email address.  If you are employing a spam deterrent system that requires the recipient to ask permission, we are not staffed to respond to that.  Please pre-qualify contactus@78youthsports.org.  Thank you.

Any questions or comments about our website?  Email us at webmaster@78youthsports.org.
