RESOURCES FOR FLAG FOOTBALL COACHES

If your game has been canceled due to weather, it is like that many other games were similarly impacted. That makes rescheduling especially difficult as we may have more teams than available fields. Nevertheless, we will do our best to get kids on the field. To help with that, we ask that coaches first (i) coordinate availability with each other, (ii) identify as many dates as possible that work for both sides and (iii) email the appropriate league commissioner with all the options. Upon receipt of that email, we will do our best to find a time, place and referee for a makeup game. Any schedule change is not official until you see it on your schedule in Crossbar or on our website. It is the responsibility of all impacted coaches to notify their parents and players of schedule changes.

If you have a scheduled game that does not work for any reason other than weather, you may contact other coaches and seek to swap game times. To do that, email your opposing coach as well as the two coaches in the timeslot you wish to use. (All coach contacts can be accessed via the link above.) If a swap works for all parties, email the appropriate league commissioner (or commissioners) with all the relevant details and copy all the impacted coaches. Upon receipt of the email, we will update the relevant schedules. The schedule change is not official until you see it on your schedule in Crossbar or on our website.
